Ministerial Decision No. 168 of 2026: accreditation of e-invoicing service providers
In force from 1 October 2026, replacing Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025. The pre-approval stage is removed: providers must pass the accreditation assessment and testing first, and providers with preliminary approval have 30 days from 1 October 2026 to complete accreditation.
