Most businesses in the UAE end up with two kinds of advisers. Accountants who know their numbers inside out but treat tax as a compliance form at year-end, and tax specialists who know the law but have never closed a set of books, sat through an audit, or looked at a deal from the inside.
The problem is that tax doesn’t live in the law. It lives in the numbers. A VAT position, a Corporate Tax computation or a transfer pricing policy is only as good as the financial data underneath it, and only as useful as the adviser’s grasp of how the business actually runs.
We founded Alo Tax Consultants in Dubai in 2023 to close that gap.
Our partners come from the finance side first. Between us we bring years of Big Four audit, financial due diligence and M&A advisory, and financial reporting leadership, and we built our tax practice on top of that foundation. When we review your tax position, we read your financials the way an auditor would and your contracts the way a tax authority will.
