FTA Decision No. 4 of 2026: rules for keeping accounting records and commercial books
Electronic copies and photocopies of records must be complete, identical to the original with every page in order, and clearly legible, and the FTA must be given access on request, including passwords or encryption keys. Using a third party does not shift responsibility.
