Cabinet Decision No. 137 of 2026: minimum excise price for tobacco and e-liquids
From 1 September 2026 the excise price may not be lower than AED 0.40 per cigarette, AED 0.10 per gram of water-pipe tobacco and AED 1 per ml of e-cigarette liquid. Replaces Cabinet Decision No. 55 of 2019.
